Masonry and tiling in Estepona
I build and remove partition walls, make new openings, plaster walls, lay floors and tiles, and repair terraces that let water through. I work level and square, because that's what shows once the job is finished.

Frequently asked questions
Why is water coming through my terrace?
Almost always failed waterproofing or worn joints and drains. The floor has to come up, be properly waterproofed and retiled; silicone patches don't last.
Can new flooring go over the old one?
Sometimes, if the old floor is sound and the doors allow it. I'll tell you which option is better once I've seen it.
Do you lay large-format tiles?
Yes. They need a very flat base and more care when laying, and I allow for that in the quote.
