What data is collected

The data you send through the contact form: name, phone, email (optional), type of work and message. Also whatever you share if you get in touch by WhatsApp, phone or email.

What it is used for

To reply to your request and prepare a quote. It is not used for advertising and is not passed on to third parties unless required by law.

Legal basis

Steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and your consent when you send the form (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

Processors

Formspark handles form submissions and forwards them to the owner's email. If you write via WhatsApp, WhatsApp's own privacy policy also applies.

How long it is kept

While your request is being handled and, if the work goes ahead, for the periods required by Spanish tax law.

Your rights

You can request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to leomultiservice [at] gmail [dot] com. You may also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
