Renovations in San Pedro de Alcántara
San Pedro is a place where people live all year round: families in Nueva Alcántara, townhouses in Linda Vista and larger homes towards Guadalmina.
When the property is your everyday home, the works need to cause as little disruption as possible. I organise jobs in stages, protect what isn't being touched and leave the area tidy at the end of each day.
The most common jobs here are swapping a bath for a walk-in shower, renewing kitchens that have become too small and updating the electrics in homes wired thirty years ago.
I also take on one-off jobs: a leak, a few new sockets, painting a living room or repairing a terrace.
