Renovations and maintenance in Casares
Casares has two sides: the white village high in the hills and the Casares Costa urbanizations by the sea. I work in both.
On the coast, around Doña Julia and Bahía de Casares, there are many townhouses and villas with gardens, pools and large terraces. The most common requests are exterior painting, terrace repairs and smaller bathroom and kitchen refits.
Up in the village the houses are old, with thick walls and narrow streets where a van can't always get through. There the job needs careful planning and a respectful approach to the building.
If you have a second home in Casares Costa, I can also check on it while you're away and deal with whatever comes up.
