Holiday home maintenance on the Costa del Sol
If you live abroad, the worst thing is finding out about a problem after it has done damage. I check your property, fix what's needed and send you photos, so you know how your home is without having to travel.

Frequently asked questions
How often do you visit?
Whatever the property needs: monthly, once a season or only when you ask. We agree it in writing, with the price.
Do you need keys?
Yes, for visits when you're not there. They're kept safely and only used for what we've agreed.
Do you work with agencies or property managers?
Yes. If you manage several properties, you can report each issue to me directly and I'll send you photos of the finished work.
