Renovations and maintenance in Estepona
Estepona is my home base. I work in the old town, in the apartment blocks along the promenade and in the urbanizations from El Padrón to Cancelada.
In the historic centre, the whitewashed houses have thick walls, old roofs and patios that hold damp. Renovating here takes care: keep what's sound and fix the root of what isn't.
In the 80s and 90s flats near the port and the beach, the usual jobs are updating bathrooms and kitchens, replacing old pipework and repairing terraces that let water in.
The urbanizations along the New Golden Mile, Bel Air, El Paraíso and Selwo are full of second homes. For their owners I handle maintenance and small repairs, and send photos while they're away.
