Full home renovations in Estepona and the Costa del Sol

Renovating a whole flat or house usually means a builder, a plumber, an electrician, a tiler and a painter, each with their own schedule. With me you have one person responsible for the whole job, from demolition to the last coat of paint.

How I work

  1. You get in touch

By WhatsApp or the form. Tell me what you need and where the property is.

  2. I take a look

Sometimes a few photos are enough. If not, we arrange a visit.

  3. Written quote

What will be done, with which materials and what it costs — before work starts, not after.

  4. Work & updates

Clear dates, and I keep you posted as the job goes. You always deal with me.

Frequently asked questions

In what order is a full renovation done?

Demolition first, then water and electrics, then masonry and floors, and finally joinery, sanitaryware and paint. That order avoids damaging finished work.

Do I need a building licence?

It depends on the town hall and the type of work. I'll tell you what yours usually asks for so you can apply before we start; if the structure or façade is involved, a technical architect is also needed.

Can I live in the property during the works?

For partial renovations, often yes, by working room by room. For a full renovation it's better if the property is empty: it's quicker and cheaper.

How are payments made?

As set out in the written quote. Payments are usually split by stage as the work progresses, and everything is invoiced with VAT.
