Renovations in Marbella and Elviria
I work in Marbella town, Nueva Andalucía and the Golden Mile, and further east in Elviria, Las Chapas and Cabopino.
Central Marbella has many 70s and 80s apartment blocks whose services are due for renewal: pipework, consumer units, bathrooms and kitchens. These are renovations best done all at once and in the right order.
Nueva Andalucía, Elviria and Las Chapas are full of second-home and holiday-let apartments and villas. There the usual work is maintenance, repairs between seasons and partial refits to modernise the property.
For owners who live abroad, I can be your local contact: I check the property, fix what's needed and report back with photos.
