Renovations and maintenance in Manilva and Sabinillas
From Estepona I'm soon in Sabinillas, Puerto de la Duquesa or Manilva village. Here I mostly work on seafront apartments and homes that are let over the summer.
On the Sabinillas front line and around the Duquesa marina, the sea air gets into everything: rusty railings, sticking fittings and terrace joints that eventually let water through. They're small repairs that, done in time, prevent bigger works.
Many owners here live abroad or let by the season. For them I get homes ready before summer, fix what breaks between guests and send photos of the finished job.
In Manilva village and the houses inland the work is different: bathroom and kitchen refits, damp in older walls and façade painting.
