What people usually ask
Do you charge for quotes?
No. Quotes are free and without obligation. If photos aren't enough, I'll come and see the job before giving you a price.
Do you take on small jobs?
Yes: a dead socket, a leak, a few cracked tiles or a door that won't close. I fit small jobs in between larger ones.
Who buys the materials?
Whichever you prefer. I can source them and itemise them in the quote, or you choose them and I handle the labour.
Do you issue invoices?
Yes. I'm a registered self-employed tradesman and every job comes with a proper invoice including VAT.
How quickly do you reply?
Usually the same day, Monday to Friday. WhatsApp is fastest, and photos help a lot.
Can you look after my holiday home while I'm away?
Yes. I do maintenance and repairs for owners who live abroad, and send you photos so you can see the finished work.
Do you speak English?
My English is basic but practical — enough to sort things out on site. For details and quotes, written WhatsApp messages work best: you can take your time and so can I.
