Renovations and villa maintenance in Benahavís
Benahavís is mostly hillside villas and gated urbanizations such as El Madroñal, Los Arqueros and La Quinta. Large homes with plenty of outdoor space, and owners who are often away for months.
With a villa, maintenance makes all the difference: terraces, retaining walls, pergolas, outdoor lighting and bathrooms that are only used a few weeks a year. Regular checks catch problems while they're still small.
I carry out inspection visits, repairs and pre-arrival preparation, and send you a report with photos. If a job needs another trade, I coordinate it so you have a single point of contact.
I also do interior renovations in villas and apartments: bathrooms, kitchens, floors and painting.
